Feelings: I'm starting to feel the babies move which is exciting!  I also want to thank everyone who supported us by ordering tastefully simple, the "party" was a huge success!!

 While one of these is marked "girl part," it is actually one of the boys.  Oops :)

18 weeks 4 days

Weight: -10 pounds (since pre-pregnancy)

Waist: +0 inches (since I started measuring at 10 weeks)

 Next doctors appointment: 10/18  I'll be seeing the high risk doctor in the morning, and my OB/GYN in the afternoon.

Feeling:  Feelings haven't changed much since last week, although I'm a little more relaxed as more "stuff" has been accomplished.  We started organizing the nursery, went through some baby clothes that were given to us, attended the Wichita Baby Shower where we learned about many available resources, cleaned out the fridge, freezer, AND deep freeze, and even re-painted/winterized the frame of our garage door which was damaged in a storm earlier this summer.  To top it all off, Dan's parents were here for the weekend, so we were able to enjoy some good meals and time with them! 

Baby B is our photogenic child (and one of the boys).

 Baby C is the girl.

 Baby A is the lowest and hardest to photograph (or maybe he is just shy :)

17 weeks 4 days

Weight: -12 pounds (since pre-pregnancy)


Waist: -1 inch (since I started measuring at 10 weeks when I was down about 15 pounds)

Next doctors appointment: 10/18


Feeling: My appetite has finally returned in the past 2 weeks, and I haven't been nauseous since around week 12.  Still very nervous/excited about 3 babies at once, and can't imagine that will change.  I still haven't had any "weird" cravings, but am definitely in the mood for different foods at different times.  My back gets sore if I'm on my feet too much, and my heating pad has become my new best friend (even during parent teacher conferences).

We will be having...

Well, we had another sonogram on Wednesday, and although there wasn't a fourth baby, we did get some other exciting news!  The doctor was able to determine that we will be having identical twin boys and the other baby is a girl!  We are very excited to be getting a mix!
